The first working prototype
The 6-inch petrol-driven prototype proved the concept, combining conveying, scalping and screening in one stand-alone machine and achieving around 30 tonnes per hour.
A self-propelled auger and grain cleaner in one machine—built to scalp, screen and load in a single pass.
Next Gen brings the auger and cleaner together, so your truck driver can load and clean grain at the same time.
It sets up like an auger, works as a stand-alone machine and removes the need for separate feed and discharge equipment. The result is less gear in the paddock, fewer setup steps and a more efficient operator.
Next Gen Grain Cleaners began with a problem Ron and Nathen knew first-hand from contracting: grain cleaning took too much equipment, too much setup and too many separate steps. They set out to build one practical machine that could position itself, clean grain and load it straight into a truck.
The 6-inch petrol-driven prototype proved the concept, combining conveying, scalping and screening in one stand-alone machine and achieving around 30 tonnes per hour.
Jake joined Ron and Nathen to help turn the lessons from the prototype into a larger, stronger machine built around real operating conditions.
The current design adds fully hydraulic, independently controlled augers, greater capacity and the mobility needed to keep setup simple. It is still shaped by the same goal: clean more grain with less gear and less wasted time.
One operator. One machine. A straightforward process designed around the pace of harvest.
Self-propelled hydraulic wheels help the operator position the machine where it needs to work.
Grain passes through the integrated cleaner, removing oversize and undersize material in the same run.
Cleaned grain is conveyed directly into the truck, bin or handling system without another discharge auger.
No separate feed and discharge setup means fewer machines, fewer movements and less time lost before the job starts.
Load and clean simultaneously, so the person already in the truck can keep grain moving.
Fully hydraulic operation provides variable auger speeds to suit changing grain and conditions.
Contract cleaning is available for growers who want to see the concept working before discussing a purchase.
